At Argenta Townhomes, we know pets are family. That's why our pet-friendly townhomes in Inver Grove Heights, MN welcome your four-legged companions with open arms. Enjoy spacious layouts with room to roam, plus easy access to nearby parks, walking trails, and pet-friendly outdoor spaces throughout the community.

Our Pet Policy

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community at Argenta Townhomes! We're committed to creating a pet-friendly community that works for everyone. Please review our pet policy:

  • Cats and dogs are welcome in all residences.
  • Maximum of two animals per residence.
  • $250 pet deposit / $250 (non-refundable) pet approval fee.
  • Monthly pet rent of $30 per cat and $50 per dog.
  • This community participates in PetScreening 
     

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso.
