When will the community be opening? +
We are now open and home to our first residents! We have more townhomes ready for immediate occupancy as well as occupancy through Fall 2026. Check out our Interactive Site Map to secure your new home today!
When can I tour the community? +
Our staff is available for tours Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Call 651-760-8009 today to schedule your tour or use our self-scheduler to schedule now.
What are your income requirements? +
To qualify, your monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent amount.
What documentation is required to apply? +
You will need to provide either your two most recent paystubs or a job offer letter, whichever is the most recent.
Do you allow co-signers? +
Yes, you can inquire about co-signer options with our management office.
Is renter's insurance required? +
Yes, all leaseholders are required to have renter's insurance.
How much do utilities usually cost? +
Utilities and services billed separately by a utility provider: Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Telephone, Cable, and Internet. Utilities and services allocated to Resident: Trash and Recycling. Utilities and services allocated to residents (1-bedroom townhomes): Water and Sewer. The "Allocated Charges" are based on consumption and will be billed separately.
What is your pet policy? +
We allow 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso..This property participates in PetScreening.
